Pictures can also be used to develop feelings, emotions and associations. Put your learners into pairs or small groups.
​Ask them to discuss the image:
- what does it show?
- what feelings or emotions does it raise in you?
- comment on the colours and the effects they have on you
- do your speaking partners have the same reactions?
