Playing memory games using pictures is a good way to train your learners' short-term memory.
​Put your learners into pairs or small groups.
​Let them see the picture for one minute.
Then hide/cover the picture and ask them to answer these questions about the picture:
- how old is the man?
- how old is the woman?
- which animal is shown?
- what colour(s) is it?
- what is the man wearing?
- what is the woman wearing?
- what is she holding?
- what colour hair does the woman have?
- what colour hair does the man have?
​- what furniture is there?
​- what is in the background?
- is there anything orange in the picture?
- is there anything pink in the picture?
​- name four white things in the picture
