Encourage your learners to see two sides of a question, and to develop different interpretations of data.
Put your learners into pairs or small groups.
​Ask them to speculate about the image:
- where was it taken? 
- what is happening?
- are the people trying to get out? if so, why?
- or are they trying to get in? if so, why?
